Peanut butter isn't just for toast. Because ours is high in protein and made from simple ingredients, it fits into a lot of everyday meals. Here are five easy ideas.
1. Peanut butter protein shake
Blend 1 tablespoon of peanut butter with a banana, a cup of milk (or plant milk), and ice. It adds a creamy texture and a nutty flavour. Our no-added-sugar version works well if you want to control sweetness.
2. Overnight oats
Stir a spoonful into your oats and milk before leaving them in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with sliced fruit or a few extra peanuts.
3. Toast or banana slices
The classic. Spread it on wholemeal toast, or on banana slices for a quick snack. Try the crunchy version for extra texture.
4. Savoury peanut sauce
Mix peanut butter with a little soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and warm water for a quick dipping or noodle sauce. It's great on satay, rice noodles, or fresh vegetables. [Adjust to your taste.]
5. Straight from the spoon
No judgement. A spoonful of peanut butter is a satisfying snack on its own.
Which one should you choose?
- Less sugar & salt gives a mildly sweet, classic flavour.
- No added sugar & salt tastes of pure peanut, and is good for cooking and shakes.
- Crunchy has small peanut pieces. Smooth is creamier and easier to blend.
Note: our products contain peanuts and aren't suitable for anyone with a peanut allergy.
